Terms of Service

By creating an account or using EnhPix, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you disagree with any part, do not use the service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of EnhPix ("Service"), operated by AlgoVault ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using EnhPix, you confirm you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

EnhPix is an AI-powered image enhancement platform that allows users to upload images and apply enhancements including upscaling, relighting, denoising, and style presets. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with a limited free tier.

3. Your Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
  • You must notify us immediately at support@enhpix.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use EnhPix to upload, process, or distribute:

  • Images that are illegal under applicable law
  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualises minors
  • Non-consensual intimate images or deepfakes of real people
  • Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Images intended to harass, defame, or harm any individual
  • Content that violates the rights of any third party

Violation of acceptable use policies will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all images you upload to EnhPix. By uploading images, you grant us a limited, temporary licence to process those images solely for the purpose of providing the enhancement service. This licence terminates immediately after your image has been processed.

The EnhPix platform, branding, interface, and underlying technology are owned by AlgoVault and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written permission.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.
  • All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store your payment details.
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
  • Enhancement credits are allocated monthly and do not roll over to the next billing period.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
  • Free tier usage is subject to change or discontinuation at any time.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access until then.

We offer refunds only in cases where a technical failure on our end prevented you from using the service during a paid period. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the issue to support@enhpix.com.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to EnhPix. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

Enhancement processing times depend on third-party AI infrastructure and may vary. We do not guarantee specific processing speeds.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EnhPix and AlgoVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or damage to your images.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

EnhPix is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, that enhancements will meet your expectations, or that the Service will be free from harmful components.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to EnhPix at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of EnhPix after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of EnhPix shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.
