1. Who We Are

EnhPix ("we", "us", "our") is an AI-powered image enhancement platform operated under AlgoVault. If you have any questions about this policy, contact us at support@enhpix.com.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information when you use EnhPix:

• Account information — your email address and name when you sign up via email or Google OAuth.
• Images you upload — images are temporarily processed for enhancement and immediately deleted from our servers after processing. We do not store your images permanently.
• Usage data — number of enhancements used, enhancement mode selected, timestamps, and your subscription plan details.
• Payment information — billing is handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy. We never see or store your card details. Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy governs payment data.
• Technical data — browser type, IP address, and basic analytics via Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how the product is used.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the EnhPix service
• To authenticate your account and manage your subscription
• To process image enhancements via our AI pipeline
• To track your monthly enhancement usage and enforce plan limits
• To send transactional emails (account confirmation, billing receipts)
• To improve the product based on aggregate, anonymised usage patterns

4. Image Data & AI Processing

Images you upload are sent to our AI processing pipeline (powered by kie.ai) solely for the purpose of enhancement. Images are processed in real time and are not stored beyond the duration of your enhancement session. We do not use your images to train any AI models, and we do not share your images with any third party beyond what is necessary to complete the enhancement.

5. Third-Party Services

EnhPix uses the following third-party services that may process your data:

• Supabase — database and authentication (EU/US infrastructure)
• Lemon Squeezy — payment processing and subscription management
• kie.ai — AI image processing API
• Vercel — website hosting and delivery
• Google Analytics — anonymised usage analytics

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data (email, name, usage history) for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days. Uploaded images are deleted immediately after processing and are never retained.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can:

• Update your account details from the Settings page in the app
• Request a full export of your data by emailing support@enhpix.com
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Opt out of analytics by using a browser extension that blocks Google Analytics

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (Supabase session cookies) and analytics cookies from Google Analytics. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings without affecting core functionality.

9. Security

We use industry-standard security practices including HTTPS encryption, JWT-based authentication, and role-level database access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

10. Children's Privacy

EnhPix is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of EnhPix after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
